We will need brave men and women to invest in this venture at this stage, we are not using secular developers who’s only interest would be money and would run at the first sigh of complication, we are a team made up of believers and committed whole heartedly to this endeavor, you will see us in the town living right beside you, not in a high-rise in New York City…….

What makes a pilgrim? I would argue its a very short list. If I may, I would like to break it down into these three simple elements

• Faith - We are people of faith, we seek to live our lives as we see fit under Heavens own eyes. We are simple creatures, we want to serve our Lord and live peaceably whenever possible. Even if that means hopping on a plane and starting again in a new land full of promise and hope. We seek to see our children walk in the faith as we shall teach them, we seek this above all things, and will labor to achieve it above all things in this world.

• Freedom - We are people of freedom, we love having the freedom to live our lives as we see right, we love to know all have this ability, we do not seek to force any to subscribe to any lifestyle, decision or mandate their hearts don’t understand or adore, we seek freedom for any and all! And we believe in religious, personal, family, and economic freedom for all

• Future - We are people of the future, we work now, in the raising of our children, the spreading of the gospel, the improving of the human condition via body, mind and spirit, and seek to bring humanity into a right relationship with God, through proclamation of His word and living lives of faithfulness, being industrious wherever and whenever we can, joyously working to search out all profane persons and things in order to consecrate them to our coming King

forward development

Forward Development - We will build

it before we even arrive. Forward Development is simply building in advance, much like a turn key home. You hire out the construction and move in when ready. This operates much in the same way. The CMA will manage this completely. Establishing you and your family well so you may live in comfort, security and above all, FREEDOM!

We will do this by, forming a contract with you. You will be approved for a certain amount of credit or loan based on the employment we find you and you agree too, this amount goes to your Movement Package, which includes things like your chosen residence from our many options, your chosen vehicle from our many options, and even home furnishings items or packages, clothes, goods, and much more. Your package will be paid in monthly installments like a standard home loan starting when you arrive, only with a clear black and white contract, these packages have built in profit amounts that allow the CMA to build the rest of the project, like roads, power plant, water plant, bring in medical etc.. Working on our own payment plan with a globally respected construction company on long term loan.

economic zones

Economic Zones - Recipe for rapid growth. These are zones the African nation will form in contract with the CMA and all Members residing in the Zone for special low tax rates and economic freedom for the purpose of rapid development and national economic stimulation, these special agreements greatly benefit us and them, by allowing us to prosper, they gain more tax revenue, job creation, food and water security, improved medical facilities and ease of future investment from other parties using the infrastructure paved via the CMA-Members, a true 100% win win for all parties involved. These special agreements shall last for a certain agreed upon time frame, whereupon expiration, the Economic Zone shall fall under all national and local standards of economic rules and regulation, it is our belief the local economy shall be built up and resilient by Gods grace rapidity., as pilgrims are industrious at their very core.
